Ticketmaster allows their platform to be used by resellers inflating prices of tickets because the higher the price the higher their percentage of fees.
So basically Ticketmaster encourages ticket touting.
If any artist stands up to them and demand that reselling tickets allowed on their site have to be at face value, this would set a precedent for all resales of tickets.
But then the artists don’t really care or do they?
