The Wings for Life World Run happened again. Always nice to be on the global race control in Munich for netventure.

🎉 👏 Timing Ireland used our RemoteRedirect platform to drive synchronised LED clocks placed at more than 11 remote locations along the track, including non-stationary lead cars. Being able to quickly switch from time-of-day, to countdown, to runtime and then to a winner's time - all remote over the internet - is a huge advantage.

🥳💪✌️We provided timing-related content for the LED-panels in the backdrop as well as the four sides of the ceiling-mounted LED-cube at the STIHL Timbersports World Championships 2025. LED panels have been driven by our own ScreensPro software in combination with the STIHL Timbersports timing & scoring software.

Official timing is done via our TimedVideoSystem software based off five ALGE-Timing OptiC3 cameras mounted at the ceiling providing unmatched precision and ease-of-use.

ALGE-Timing's Roman Merhar is using our TimedVideoSystem at the FISU World University Games Summer for Swimming 2025 in Germany. The software is used for judging proper exchanges in relays and also in case of missed touches on the pads (no handtimers needed). Four OptiC3 photofinish cameras are installed at the ceiling using their 100% time-synced 100 FPS mode to monitor the end of the swimming lanes. This system is usually used for determining official times at STIHL Timbersports and now for swimming as well.

Providing a simple graphics solution to Austria Climbing for streaming and live television to be used standalone with our ScreensPro software (https://www.dbnetsoft.com/turnkeysoftware/screens/). Now for the Austrian Championships in Lead Speed climbing I had the honor to run graphics, improving things and enjoying the event with friends and collegues.

Showcasing our www.remoteredirect.com solution to my friends from TIME NOW Sports at their race weekend:
Nicely running time for each competition with the click of a button (or even automatic import of starttimes from RACE RESULT 12), even showing running times for male and female easily together. Switching from countdown to time of day to race mode can be done without going to the display at all - it can be controlled from anywhere via the website. Data is sent from Android phone via USB-RS232 adapter to displayboard. This even works in unreliable connectivity situations.

The first-of-a-kind Red Bull Bob Cup took place at Bolgen Plaza in Davos, Switzerland. A big thanks to netventure for having invited me helping with timing and scoring of this fun event with transponders and custom software.

Another edition of the Wings for Life World Run is in the books! Great team effort with friends and partners alike... Looking forward to next year for bridging timing data and realtime TV-graphics for this amazing event.
