Been a while since I posted .. A stunning wedding back in April 🎉 Modern wedding cake fit for the beautiful couple .reid ❤️
Bottom tier - Coconut Sponge with Raspberry Compote/ fresh raspberries/ mascarpone buttercream filling
Middle Tier - Vanilla Sponge with Salted caramel filling and mascarpone buttercream
Bottom Tier - Lightly spiced Carrot Cake with a mascarpone vanilla filling
Decor - Bound fresh rosemary/ eucalyptus/ Pampas Grass

TOP TIER: A lite sponge with a raspberry laced mascarpone & filled with fresh raspberries/ compote!
BOTTOM TIER: A zesty lemon sponge soaked with a lemon sugar, layered in a mascarpone buttercream and packed full of lemon curd! 🍋

A big congratulations to the happy couple, it’s always a pleasure creating a wedding cake packed full of flavour! 💒
Bottom tier: Vanilla & Chocolate swirl sponge filled with a chocolate mascarpone buttercream & salted caramel sauce. 👀
Top tier: Vanilla sponge soaked in vanilla sugar and packed full of fresh strawberries & strawberry compote, layered with a simple vanilla mascarpone buttercream! 🤤
Sealed of with a simple mascarpone buttercream outing and decorated with Gypsophila flower and wooden cake topper 🙂
