Another fantastic day of learning and growth with our FutureCare programme in East Belfast!

We’re delighted to welcome 16 learners to Oberon Training & Development as they continue their journey towards achieving their Level 2 Certificate and Diploma qualifications 🎓

This is an exciting step forward, and we’re proud to support each learner as they progress through their qualifications — we can’t wait to see what they achieve! 👏

Well done to all the learners from St Colman’s High School and Sixth Form College who recently completed their Emergency First Aid Training with Oberon Training and Development.

This marks our second year delivering this training to Sixth Form students, and we’re delighted to continue supporting them with these vital life-saving skills. 🚑

It was a lovely afternoon catching up with fellow Inclusion Challenge winners and celebrating such inspiring achievements.

A fantastic third evening with our OCN (NI) Level 2 in Health and Social Care group, delivered by Oberon Training and Development at Knockbracken Healthcare Park!

We’re proud to have successfully completed the second unit, with 15 dedicated learners from M Care (NI) Ltd, Bryson, Elite Community Care and Cedar continuing to show commitment, enthusiasm, and a real passion for making a difference in health and social care.

Each session brings new knowledge, skills, and confidence—well done to everyone involved! 👏

Oberon Training and Development were delighted to be partnering with Belfast Met at Girdwood Community Hub presenting at the Assured Skills Healthcare Academy to such an engaged group of learners.

We were pleased to welcome colleagues from the Department for the Economy to an information night on our Level 2 Apprenticeship Programme in Health and Social Care, starting February 2026.

We’re proud to support skills development and create new opportunities for future talent. It was great to hear from some of the learners who had completed our FutureCare programme and are about to commence their apprenticeship, having secured employment.
