A five week mental & emotional wellbeing campaign launches today with the support of NI’s five Health and Social Care Trusts, NI Ambulance Service, the Public Health Agency, linking World Su***de Prevention Day on 10 September and World Mental Health Day 10 October.
The campaign theme is ‘Holding On To Hope in a Changing World’

An online Interactive Campaign Pack has been created filled with resources and information, with links to organisations and services that can offer support.

One of the key elements of the campaign is to highlight the importance of hope - encouraging people to consider where they are on the ‘hope scale’ by taking the Hope Quiz and then accessing information, tools and tips that will help to improve a sense of hopefulness.

Our job is to help you move towards your goal, and remove any obstacles in your way. We are also here to support people to deal with change, as this too can be a barrier. We work to promote mental wellbeing, motivation, aspirations, self confidence, positive routines and healthy habits. Chances of success are higher if you are sitting in front of an interview panel talking about yourself with belief.
