Extensive views of your jobs are available from the JOBS button on the main toolbar. Review different ways to monitor your booked in jobs, completed, overdue, remakes etc. All lists can be exported to Excel, or saved as PDF.

📧 Need to set up emailing from LabManager?

Talk to us to help set up sending invoices, statements and more from your usual email address, or send using our dedicated mail service.

Top Tip:
Are you having trouble opening your job attachments? It could be down to the app that Windows uses to view that type of file.

LabManager lets you specify a different app to use when opening attachments. Google Chrome is great for this as it can open many different types of file.

In the Setup Wizard, select "Other Settings", then click to edit the page. Enter your preferred app for attachments in the highlighted box (or click Browse).

If you're not happy with the change, you can come back to that box and clear it so that your default Windows apps are used once more.

🤓Top Tip:
Quickly select recent customers that you’ve viewed, by using the Recent Customers option via the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + r

Spend too much time setting up a new job?

You can customise some of the default data associated with a new job, such as how it should be numbered, how far ahead should the due date be, and which sales and note items should be included as standard.

All this can be configured from the “New Jobs” page of the Setup Wizard.
