How do things work?

⏳ Arriving for Your Appointment ⏳

We kindly ask that you arrive on time, not early, as we are often with other clients and unable to open the door before your allocated appointment time. We do not have a waiting area unfortunately. Please ensure you wait outside and do not enter the house without being let in.

Unfortunately we do not have space for children or other people in the room. So please make sure you attend your appointment alone ❤️

✨ Booking & Managing Appointments ✨

Our booking system makes it super easy to book and manage your appointments. If you need to reschedule, you can do this directly through your email confirmation by selecting "Manage Booking"

💖 Booking Fee & Cancellations 💖

All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, unfortunately, the fee will be forfeited, and a new appointment will need to be booked.

🚗 Parking Info 🚗

Where possible, please park in the driveway. If it’s full, there are visitor spaces near the park for your convenience. Please do not block our neighbours.

We had quite a few messages over the last few weeks regarding patch testing.

If it has been over 6 months since you've had a lash lift/ brow lamination/ brow or lash tint, then you will need to book for a new patch test.

If you are a new client, you will need a patch test for our products, even if you have had a lift or tint done elsewhere.

We cannot carry out treatments without valid patch tests, so please remember to book.
