A Little Dancing, A Lot of Smiles!
Our Forest School was full of fun last Saturday as we celebrated Green Week with plenty of dancing, laughter and time spent outdoors.
There was a fantastic atmosphere as everyone got involved, enjoyed the fresh air and made the most of being together in nature.
Days like these are a wonderful reminder of how important it is to stay active, connect with others and simply have fun.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special!

How Many Bees Can You Spot?
The bees are busy at this time of year, buzzing around our gardens, parks and community spaces.
Next time you're outside, why not keep an eye out and see how many different types of bee you can find? You might be surprised by the variety visiting your garden or local community garden.
Every bee plays an important role in helping plants, flowers and crops to thrive.
Let us know how many different bees you spot!

At Inspero, we are proud to have team members who inspire others through their passion and dedication.
Tasharna Stapleton's love of cooking began at a young age and led her to train for three years at BCoT. Having started her journey with Inspero as a member of the Cookery Club, she is now a valued Chef within the team.
Tasharna enjoys sharing her knowledge with young people, helping them develop cooking skills and confidence, both in the kitchen and around the open fire at Forest School.
Thank you, Tasharna, for all that you bring to Inspero.

The Mental Health Benefits of Gardening
Gardening does more than brighten outdoor spaces it can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing too.
At Inspero, we see how spending time in nature can help people slow down, focus and feel more connected to the world around them.
Some of the mental health benefits of gardening include:
• Helping to reduce stress and anxiety
• Providing a calming, mindful activity through repetitive tasks
• Creating a sense of achievement as plants grow and flourish
• Improving mood and reducing mental fatigue through time spent around greenery
Sometimes the simplest activities can make the biggest difference.
