Summer time is Pool time!!
Swim for 30 mins 2x per week and you will notice a benefit to your health.

Hey everybody. Just to let you know, i have added the youtube channel. If there is anything you'd like to see, please ask.
Had a short work trip away and got to use the hotel pool which was totally deserted.
Had a massage and then spent an hour training and found that butterfly drills feels great when your body is totally relaxed.
Its not so much what you teach but how you teach it that's the key!!
