Sales Operations & Account Support

At Origin, our Sales Operations & Account Support team plays a vital role in driving our success. This position is the backbone of our sales function—supporting growth by managing quotes, handling customer interactions, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote Management: Prepare and manage accurate quotes, ensuring all data is up to date in our CRM systems

• Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving queries and providing product information

• Sales Support: Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks, presentations, and delivery coordination

• Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with logistics, technical, and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery timelines

A big thank you to Origin Storage for their generous donation to the Butterfield Centre. The Origin team took on the 3 Peak Challenge which took them 10 and a half hours to complete the 24 miles. The money raised will help the Butterfield Centre to continue to provide important services to the local community. 👏👏

Origin will take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge this April, in aid of The Butterfield Centre! They offer a number of generous services for the elderly, including Day Care, Meals on Wheels along with providing a food bank for those in need in the local area 💙

On Saturday 13th April, 15 of the team are tackling the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, hiking on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres), totalling 24 miles (38.6km) and 1585m of ascent! 💪 🏔

We have set a goal of raising £500 for The Butterfield Centre, which would be a significant help. We would be extremely grateful if you could contribute in helping us achieve this goal 👇
