Replaced the lights in the downstairs area following some feedback ☺️ we loved the blue, and it will appear elsewhere for sure just perhaps a little less intense!

Easter weekend is nearly upon us!
Standard bank holiday hours of 8am - 4pm on both Good Friday and Easter Monday.
There will be a hybrid class running at 9.15am both days which consists of strength and a workout - you can opt for a mixture of both of to solely to one or the other. The programme will be designed so you can opt for your preference 😊
