Last week it was the Oakley Christmas Market and this year all proceeds are being donated to for their fantastic work and for helping a close friend through his cancer treatment recently. Ill be donating £400 to them this week! Not bad for some brownies ey!

Thank you so much to everyone that supported me and the charity by buying goodies. Every penny makes a difference.

We had a mixture of plain, orange and mint brownies with some crunchie rocky road, chocolate cookies, fruit and spice fudge, vanilla cupcakes and spiced toffee and cinnamon cupcakes.

Absolute pleasure to do the cake for Charlotte and Ollie's wedding the other week in London at The Counting House. Lovely venue, lovely people, lovely evening.

Here are some weight plate cupcakes i made for my Gym Owner and friend .mcgarrigle .performance in Basingstoke. He's done lots for me and helped me out a few times so made these as a little suprise for him!
