I was planning some painting today, but Jezzz, not happening 🥵 I dropped the kids at school and then went to town for food shopping, picked up some more of my migraine prescription meds because I can feel another one coming today ( heat triggers it 😑 )doing some tidying up in the house now, lunch, and picking up kids at 1pm. ( they can leave early during the heatwave). I’m done guys lol Heat exhaustion it’s real when you are on perimenopause 🫣

Jokes apart.. I’m not sure I can do any work today 🥲 the heat triggered my migraine 😑
My little “bear” joined me for a lay down in front of the fan 💕 and I’d like to recommend that inhaler (3rd pic ) for anyone like me that suffers with headaches, sinus, migraines and similars. I was given one years ago when I visited Thailand. Since then I always buy it! You can get them in a multipack on eBay ☺️ one side it’s for inhaling, and the other it’s the oil.

There’s where I’m going to be painting my next dolls lol 🥵 How’s everybody doing with the heatwave? ( uk 🇬🇧 ) I have moved to my living room because I’m impossible to be upstairs in our bedrooms 😩 Funny enough, I come from a tropical country, but I think after living in England for 10+ years, my body is not used to it anymore 😅🌞 UPDATE: I’m slowing down now since the show. I’ll be finishing my last custom order and I’m slowly listing my available dolls here and on eBay 💕
