We were back in Leigh-on-Sea yesterday proving that no matter how tricky the access, we always find a way to get the job done!

The team delivered 3m³ of C28/35 concrete for a new rear courtyard base. The catch? The only way to the back of the property was up a steep flight of side steps.

To tackle the challenge, we worked with Downing Concrete Pumping Ltd. They expertly ran the lines up and alongside the house, navigating the steps perfectly before dropping the pipes and mix straight down into the courtyard.

Today we headed over to Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, to support the team Paving Essex with a specialized delivery.

For this project, we supplied 6.4m³ of '𝐍𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬' 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞. This specific mix is designed without fine aggregates (sand), creating a porous structure that allows water to pass right through—making it ideal for the weather we've had lately! 🌧️

The permeable base was expertly installed and will provide the perfect foundation for what is set to be a stunning new resin driveway. 💎✨

The team was down in beautiful Leigh-on-Sea this morning for a sharp, clean Friday pour! ☀️

We supplied and delivered 5m³ of C20/25 ready-mix concrete, which was pumped in by the lads concrete pumping ltd straight into position for a new concrete base. When access is tight, a pump makes light work of the job, keeping the site clean and saving the groundworkers from battling with endless wheelbarrows.

As part of our commitment to quality, a set of concrete cubes were made on-site for testing. Because we hold full BSI accreditation, we carry out regular testing to guarantee that the compressive strength and quality of our mix meet strict British Standards, giving our clients total peace of mind.
