We are expanding our alloy wheel refurbishment business and are looking for a young person who:

Is keen to work.
Can get to work at our Basildon site Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm.
Is physically able to carryout manual labour.
Can listen to and take instruction well.
Can work well in a team.

School leavers are welcome.

PREP AND PAINT
We require an experienced preparation and paint technician to join our busy team.
Duties
• You will be required to prepare, mask and paint vehicles to a high standard.
• Skills in filler, primer, and paint are integral to this role.
• Colour matching and use of our paint mixing schemes.
• You will be required to participate in general housekeeping duties to ensure the workshop is kept clean and safe.

Requirements:
• Experience working in a vehicle Body shop environment.
• Experience in preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard using water based paint.
• Experience in all aspects of prepping including masking, sanding and other necessary prep work including light filler work.
• Experienced in carrying out minor repairs,.
• Ability to work proactively and show willingness to help/support your colleagues.
• A keen eye for attention to detail
• A positive can-do attitude is a must.
• To be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

DRIVER – PART TIME
We require a collection and delivery driver who can work Tuesdays and Wednesday.
Duties
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles.
• Carryout detailed and accurate checking in sheets.
• Complete paperwork correctly and professionally.
• Converse with customers in a professional manor.
• Represent our company while on and off site.
• Safe loading and unloading of A 3.5ton recovery vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle, equipment and property.
Requirements
• Hold a full UK drivers licence.
• Be able to load, unload and drive a 3.5ton recovery lorry.
• Be helpful, polite and calming.
• Be willing to help with other duties around the workshop / cleaning bays when not driving.
