My god the amount of meal prep companies popping up in the Basildon area is crazy at the minute, even using the same concept as we are 🤣🤣

How many of them are doing the right things? Before using meal prep from a local unestablished company ask for these credentials!!

Do you have a food hygiene rating?
So many of these cowboys are just making food from home with mittens the cat crawling all over the worktops

How do you work out your macros?
Our chef is a qualified chef, personal trainer and nutritionist so Protein, fats and carbs are 2nd nature to us, how do these cowboys know what they are doing?

Are they a registered food business?
If they aren’t they aren’t working to any regulations and are just winging it

Don’t take the risks! Make sure you know everything about your meal prep company and what you’re putting in your mouth.
