Boarded, skimmed and silicone rendered.

Silicone render finished in Braintree.

Finally got round to finishing my lounge and front Insulated Render.
Knocked down a couple walls to make room for a cloakroom in hallway, changed the lounge window for a smaller unit, also replaced the 2 top windows for new.
Put a full height door under the stairs for easier access.
Ceiling dropped and insulated with soundblock plasterboard.
All skimmed, media wall built with added cupboards for more storage.
Full rewire and replumbed with 3 radiators added.
Herringbone laminate 🤯 new skirting/Architrave.
70mm insulated render on the front, new fascia and guttering.
Only the drive to do and the house is completed 🤪
