- Started with some rotator cuff band activation 3X sets each side.

- 4X10 lateral raises
- 4X15 DB Front raises
- incline DB press 6-8 topset into double drop )
-machine shoulder press 4X10 & 2 dropsets
-4X6 heavy machine chest press into 2 dropsets

-3X sets hanging leg raises
-15 mins sauna 🧖‍♂️
-10 mins whirlpool bath 🛁
