Chernivtsi is a peaceful, cosy city with well-developed infrastructure. The region is safe and located near the border with Romania (about 20 km away), which ensures convenient logistics and a sense of stability for foreign workers.
The city has shops, hospitals, public transport, and everything needed for a comfortable life.
Work at a modern factory — one of the top 5 manufacturers of metal-plastic profiles.
The work is light and clean, with most processes automated.
📌 Number of vacancies
Total requirement: 50 people
Employment opportunities - starting immediately
full team — by 1 June.
Main processes:
Work on the metal-plastic profile assembly line
– ‘construction set’ principle (like LEGO);
– easy to learn in a short time;
– no heavy lifting.
Working on production equipment
– manufacturing parts and components;
– simple, repetitive tasks.
📌 Maximum physical load — up to 10 kg; technical aids are provided.
📌 Working hours
8 hours a day
rotating shift pattern: 1–2 shifts
(a third shift may be added if required by production needs)
overtime and Saturday work are possible
lunch break: 1 hour
Shift times:
1st shift: 9:00–18:00
2nd shift: 21:00–05:00
📌 Salary
500–550 USD net/month — first 3–6 months
once productivity targets are met:
600–700 USD net/month
payments twice a month
📌 Performance bonus
bonus of 100–200 USD
depends on the number of profiles produced
base rate — up to 100 units
150+ units — paid as a supplement
reaching this level usually takes 3–6 months
📌 Average income for workers from Asia:
~500 USD — minimum activity
650–700 USD — meeting targets + overtime
📌 Accommodation and transport
free accommodation provided by the employer
accommodation: 4–6 people per room
accommodation is located near the factory
or a shuttle service is provided
there is a basement (shelter)
📌 Working conditions
workshop temperature: 15–20°C
draught-free, comfortable conditions
clean production environment
clothing: usually a T-shirt / fleece
workwear may be provided free of charge (upon request)
📌 Requirements for candidates
men
good health
height from 160 cm
no problems with hand dexterity
no work experience required
language skills not essential
(citizens of India and Bangladesh are already working at the factory).
❗ Critical: physical fitness, no alcohol abuse.
The best employees may:
stay on after 6 months
be transferred directly to the EuroWindows workforce.
