2022 was truly a year to be proud of at BSF Group. After an incredible year of growth, progress and success, we're hitting the ground running in 2023.
We are proud to announce that we have now secured our largest package to date at Deanston Wharf for Ballymore.
Deanston Wharf
Located between Royal Wharf and Lyle Park to the west of the development, Deanston Wharf comprises 769 residential units 1,125 sq. m of commercial space. The ten blocks that will make up Deanston Wharf will sit adjacent to many of the buildings that make up Phase 3 of Royal Wharf.

Site survey was conducted today on our latest commercial project in the mixed development sector - 100 Violet Road, London, E3
Mixed developments often have a range of glazing design feature requirements to accommodate the needs of residents and businesses. Functionality and aesthetics in every space drives design but quality, safety and cost effectiveness are also integral to your decision-making. We work closely with our partners to create exceptional, eye-catching and functional buildings.
This scheme in East London redevelops an existing warehouse and factory to provide 73 new mixed tenure homes ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments as well as 1,300m² of commercial space, café and landscaped street frontage.
The scheme incorporates a red brick façade with recessed windows and semi industrial steel cantilevered balconies. In contrast the taller elements are clad in lightweight metal and glazed panels, which wrap, cantilever and interlock with the main body of the building.

As we near completion on South Park Primary School, we decided to take our client Longley Group out for well deserved day out at the London Stadium to watch West Ham v Crystal Palace.
In July 2022, we were awarded South Park Primary School project by Longley Group to replace 250+ windows at South Park Primary School, Ilford. Our first project together forming a solid foundation for a successful long term relationship.
We want to take this moment to thank Longley Group for giving us the opportunity to showcase our standard of workmanship and delivery of 250+ aluminium windows & doors.
As mentioned previously, our high standard of work at South Park Primary School, have been rewarded with the following schools being awarded to us by Longley Group.

Another successfully completed project in one of London's most vibrant and trendy location - Shoreditch. The removal and replacement of the existing bricked wall to a fully glazed capped curtain wall system highlights just how much of a difference glazing makes to a building.

LIVE PROJECT UPDATE:
A developer promising “magical living” wants to turn the closed Antigallican pub on Charlton Church Lane into a “shared living hub”.
The scheme, from West London developer Dandi Living, comprises 49 rooms of between 20 to 24 square metres.
BSF were instructed by Dandi to create a whole new floor of Curtain Walling at Roof Level. This Curtain Walling consisted of 6 faces, wrapped around the whole building.
Curtain Walling works at ground floor all the way up to third floor have also been instructed as part of the grand refurbishment.
