stock 347hp & 700nm
stage 1 387hp & 840nm approximately

dpf egr and all emission related components kept intact.. 💨💨

using the Bosch Md1 engine controller we did this on bench for full back up.. 💻

some going machine these look at the torque !! 👀🥳

using the Bosch Edc17cv52 controller we did on the bench for a full back up..

massive gains on these as they share identical hardware as the 282hp sibling..

2017 Golf Gtd in yesterday with the ever occurring fault codes and limp mode and worrying oil warning light + beeping for oil pressure etc.

all sorted thankfully.! 🙏

100+ miles done today and no more issues.!

some have had over 1000 quid spent on them.
including 2 oil pressure switches
an oil pump and loads other bits
and no better..

somewhere in the region of 14.5mpg whilst pulling a car transporter and loaded.. being an Automatic trans wouldnt be helping..

we made a few changes. software & hardware,.and the results where pretty impressive!!

vehicles now up 8mpg loaded. 😎

154hp & 380nm stock.!
200hp & 500nm. tune.!

some difference in driveability now 😍✅️

impressive figures
look at torque increase. 🥰🙏💻💨

mods included front mount intercooler and hardpipe kit.
full 2.5" exhaust turbo back..

everything else stock including injectors turbo cr pump etc..

stock 204hp & 302lbft
tuned 301hp & 530lbft / 718nm

dunno how clutch will hold out.

wasnt a simple task this 1 as couldn't programme the engine controller.

400 mile to no start with adblu issue in the tank as usual..

minimum requirement new tank £1800

but we got it sorted in the end at fraction of the price..
