Sprint Mechanics coming in clutch 👌💪
Twice per week for the last 3 years both Laura and her brother Tom have travelled 40mins for S&C sessions. Observing the physical improvements as well as enhanced gym confidence of youth athletes are among a few of the most rewarding aspects of coaching in my opinion. Moreover, the ability to retain clients for long periods of time like this is a sign that your service is of value and you are doing something right 📈

In addition to my Instagram page I have finally decided to make a page to promote my coaching. I am a Strength and Conditioning coach currently working with Royal Belfast Academical Institution and Banbridge Rugby Club. Previous team experience has included work with Annaclone GAA, Linfield FC Academy, and Glenavon FC Academy. I also take private clients out of Knowledge Fitness Gym in Banbridge and specialise in Youth Athlete Development. Outside of coaching I am in the final stages of my PhD in Sports Science and work as a Part-Time Lecturer through Ulster University delivering modules, such as Exercise Physiology and Strength & Conditioning.
