Customer reported that there downlights have stopped working, on inspection it was clear that heat damage was the issue. Burnt out cables on the back on an old style downlight. We re made off and swapped them out to the CCT x50's from to stop this happening again!

🚨 CALL OUT 🚨 Customer recently called to say their kitchen lights have stopped working. After diagnostics we were left no choice but to get the floors up! Luckily we were able to re wire part of the circuit to get it back working with another wireless switch from meaning no mess and another happy customer!

Customer just received the keys to their new home and work started the same day. Mains upgrade too RCBO's. Old non-fire rated downlights changed through out the property too the X50 range from and even added to replace pendants with minimal damage.
