Shaun shows how the mixture is filled into natural hog casings before each sausage is linked, either by hand using traditional methods or with the help of our linking machine.
From there, they're prepared for our Axminster and Honiton shops, ready to be enjoyed at home.

We've won many awards for our sausages over the years, but it all starts here.
In this first video, Shaun talks us through the ingredients that go into every batch. Quality pork is minced before our seasoning, water and bread rusk are added and thoroughly mixed together to create the sausage meat.
It's the first step in producing one of our most popular products.
