MONDAY MORNING AT REDCHILLI TOWERS 🌅🌶️
Another sunrise, and the start of what is going to be a very busy week.

This week we have:
An SR1 custom build to complete.
An FR1 custom build also due to complete.
A TTR1 Time Trial build to start.
The first reveal of our new Redchilli TT Tri-Spoke and Solid Disc wheels.
Several bikes through the workshop for servicing.
And another FR1 custom build ready to begin.

So yes... I'm up nice and early. Coffee on. Workshop open. Let’s get Chilli-ing. 🌶️

Friday afternoon, and this was the final job of the week....
Not every repair needs a complete replacement.

This bottom bracket was given a new lease of life by replacing just the worn bearings — a more cost-effective solution while retaining the existing bottom bracket cups.

New bearings pressed in, crankset refitted and everything running smoothly again. 👌

Sometimes, the right repair is better than simply replacing everything.

This is what I mean by a custom bike build. 🌶️
Two Redchilli builds currently underway.

SR1 with Shimano 105 R7170 Di2
FR1 with Shimano Ultegra R8170 Di2.

But both have something a little different. Both customers have chosen a Magene PES P515 spider-based power meter chainset as part of their original build specification.

No buying a stock bike and replacing components afterwards. No paying for parts you didn't really want. Instead, we build the bike around you, your riding and your priorities from the outset.

Polar White Iridescent FR1....
This little beauty was also collected last Saturday. A valued, regular customer switched from a previous FR1 to this later version, and also added the new IRB-V one-piece carbon bar/stem, and upgraded to a Dura-Ace R9200 chainset.

Really need to be seen up close to fully appreciate the paint finish.
