Job Opportunity: Coffee Packing & Roastery Assistant ☕✨
Are you a true coffee lover? We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys coffee to join our small, friendly team at our roastery in Axminster!
Coffee packing and production line work will be your core focus day-to-day. However, our roles tend to open up over time! Alongside your main packing duties, future opportunities can develop into helping with machinery engineering, hosting coffee tasting events, or delivering barista training to our wholesale café partners.
The Role:
    •    Coffee Packing (Main Duty): Weighing, bagging, and sealing freshly roasted coffee beans for retail, subscriptions, and wholesale orders
    •    Production Line: Running the packing line and preparing shipments
    •    Customer Service: Serving customers in our roastery shop & making coffee
    •    Roastery Maintenance: Assisting with daily cleaning and keeping the workspace spotless
The Details:
    •    Hours: 5 days a week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
    •    Pay: National Minimum Wage to start
    •    Training: Full training provided—no experience necessary!
    •    Driving License essential - we are in the country

It’s so nice to hear when customers enjoy the coffee so much.. fab joint effort from the farmers, to the roaster and the barista. 😊

A recent review which made us love what we do even more…

While out at an event, a customer came and asked us to make her a coffee and if she liked it she’ll want another two. Flat white served and she instantly said:

Oh my God, this coffee is amazing. I am sorry I am going to ask you to empty my flask, I have just bought a coffee from a shop but I can’t drink it. Can you please replace it with one of yours and will buy some for my friends as well, this is one of the best coffees I had in a long time.

So Coffee Factory thank you for supplying us some great coffee, we are glad to have you as our coffee beans supplier and what better than being local as well.
