Happy 18th to Ferne Winton.
Ferne has recently qualified as a lash and brow tech. As someone who struggled in school with a lack of confidence and self worth she recently delivered a workshop at The Place to some girls from our Girls group. Ferne not only showed how amazing she is at her job but how skilful she was at talking to the girls, sharing her experiences and encouraging them to dream big. She feels that by sharing her story young people will realise that however much they struggle there is light at the end of the tunnel and they can achieve anything they set their mind to.
Ferne is an amazing role model and we hope she has an amazing birthday.

As someone who has struggled with a lack of confidence, insecurities and self worth I have a goal to not only progress my skills in the beauty industry, but also to help others feel confident empowered and beautiful within themselves 🫶🏼
