I only practice therapies which have been useful and helpful to me personally and so I am very passionate about what I do - because I have learnt from first-hand experience that they work!

They say karma is a b*tch...
Why? Most probably because she doesn't show you what happens to those who harmed you when you want to see it.
But do you even need to see it? Really?
I'd much rather focus on appreciating the many little blessings that sprinkle our every day lives - the fun chat with the teller who says you have an amazing energy and brightened their day, the person who says you have a beautiful smile and loves your laugh (after you'd been told for too many years "please don't laugh so loud, you're too happy" (🤨), the dog who (over)enthusiastically greets you... simply because you entered its orbit 🤣
The past does NOT deserve to join us on our journey, but it absolutely deserves to be reminded how much happier we are without it, and, to be honest, how grateful we are to it for the lessons it taught us...
Because life is SO beautiful when you realise what pure gold simple happiness, love, respect and peace are.
I'm so f8g grateful for my life.
It may be simple, but it is abundant with love, kindness and laughter.
Just. Be. Kind.
Just. Be. Grateful.
Just. Be. Better.
(Not "try"... that's a narcissist's excuse)

Profound gratitude post...
Thank you for a most incredible visit to Malta and Gozo. You and Sarah made us feel so welcome and thank you for taking time out of your hectic schedule to show us around this magnificent island. is honestly one of the most gorgeous fight gyms I've ever seen! It's plain to see the blood, sweat and tears that have gone into making your gym a mecca for Muay Thai on Gozo.
Rachel and Nick, our stay was perfection! The staff, the food, the location... every tiny detail, painstakingly polished, ensures an unforgettable visit to Xlendi.
The was well run, fantastic fight card and awesome venue. Thank you Calvin and Philip Tieu and Sofia for your kindness and for the opportunity to attend such a great event.
I am genuinely a loss to sufficiently express my gratitude for being invited to join Jesse for this visit. Thank you so much again Matt 🙏

Well I've only just come back down to earth...
For someone who usually is verbose, I'm surprisingly dumbstruck for words.
I mean... how is it that I got so lucky that this lovely human completely and utterly loves, adores and accepts me for exactly who I am.
He loves my laugh and my overexcited bouncing
He regularly tells me "don't ever change" (and means it)
He is patient with my tendency to say I'm ready to leave (when I haven't even got my shoes on yet)
We go to bed most nights laughing like kids on a sleepover and always wake up cuddling.
Mutual respect, conscious communication and not taking a single small act for granted is inherent to our relationship.
I literally couldn't ever have seen this coming15yrs ago when we first met. We've just always got on really well and been really good friends. I never imagined for a second all that would grow into an abiding friendship and eventually relationship that makes me smile and so happy .
