This van can’t stop… and won’t stop. 🎵

Just like the Beastie Boys, the Highroller keeps coming back for more.

Things got a little wild when the injector seals failed, filling the engine oil with diesel. The engine ran away and came dangerously close to a complete self-detonation. Thankfully, we believe we’ve managed to save the engine, but the turbo wasn’t quite so lucky. The bearing suffered in the chaos, so it was time for a replacement.

Of course, keeping it standard was never an option. While we’re in there, we’ve upgraded to a Stage 1 turbo and started planning the next chapter.

This isn’t just a repair—it’s a rebuild. Bigger. Better. Stronger.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be transforming not only the engine but the entire van with a full makeover. The Highroller is far from finished, and what’s coming next will make this setback worth it.

TurboUpgrade Stage1Turbo

From stock to stance! 🔥

This classic T2 Bay Window Camper has just had a complete suspension makeover, transforming both its look and drivability.

Up front, we’ve fitted drop spindles to achieve the perfect ride height while maintaining great suspension geometry. At the rear, we’ve installed an adjustable suspension setup, giving us the flexibility to dial in the stance exactly where it needed to be.

To finish it all off, we added a fresh set of SSP wheels and brand-new tyres, completely changing the van’s presence and giving it the perfect Bay Window look. 👌

After a full restoration and respray, these are the final finishing touches on this stunning BMW E30 Convertible, bringing the project to completion and ensuring every detail is just right.

From refurbishing the mirrors, door handles, and exterior trims to fitting fresh new badges, every finishing touch has been carefully completed to complement the incredible transformation.

Today, I had the pleasure of driving it to its MOT appointment, where it passed with a fresh ticket and zero advisories — exactly what every owner hopes for. ✅

The best part? Handing it back to its owners and seeing their reaction when they saw the finished car for the first time. They were absolutely stunned, making all the hard work worthwhile.

A fantastic project from start to finish and another classic saved and returned to the road where it belongs. 🚗✨

Is this the end for the T5 high roller?

After an incredible 446,000 miles on its original engine, our faithful work van has finally thrown in the towel… or has it?

We believe failed injector seals have allowed diesel to leak into the engine oil, causing the engine to run away. as this happened, the road was completely engulfed in smoke 💨💨💨💨💨Thankfully, some quick thinking meant we were able to stall it before things got even more out of hand.

To say this van has earned its keep would be an understatement. It’s been all over the country, carried countless builds, and never let us down until now.

But every setback creates an opportunity…

We’ve been working on something in the background for a while, and this could be the moment we’ve been waiting for.

We’ve just completed a bespoke interior transformation on this classic Ford van, giving it a fresh new look while enhancing comfort and drivability.

The interior has been upgraded with a set of stylish custom seats, complemented by extensive sound deadening throughout to create a quieter and more refined driving experience.

While the van was in the workshop, we also carried out a number of additional upgrades, including lowering the suspension for a more purposeful stance, fitting an electric cooling fan for improved reliability, and installing a custom hidden audio system complete with radio and speakers to keep the classic appearance intact.

A great combination of classic charm and modern comfort, ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

After metal and Bodywork, we are now onto Cutting and polishing our classic BMW E30 convertible bringing out such a depth in the freshly painted Bodywork.

Best thing was when I walked into the booth, Chris had the tunes playing with this classic Knight Rider track 👌 had to share.

From a tired old BMW E30 to the car you see today.

This reel is every stage of the journey rolled into one video — stripping it down, countless hours of fabrication, bodywork, paint, assembly, and all the challenges in between.

Restorations aren’t built in a day. They’re built through persistence, problem-solving, and a lot of late nights in the workshop.

Looking back through these clips reminds us just how far this E30 has come. What started as a project is now something we’re incredibly proud of.
