Have you ever considered pivoting your career to support parents mental health?

The TBR School is opening their doors again this September to perinatal professionals who wish to gain a qualification in Perinatal Hypnotherapy.

Perinatal Hypnotherapists support parents towards their own goals for recovery.

After experiencing perinatal trauma, low mood and anxiety many parents seek support and are left wanting from traditional talking therapies, that are not trauma focused or perinatally informed.

Since establishing the CIC; The Birth Republic in 2023 we have supported over 50 parents back to health.

They often leave great feedback like Vita who said:

'My personalised recording allowed me to fall asleep every night where sleeping tablets were failing and slowly create a sense of self worth in the women that was buried inside me'

and Lauren who remarked:

'The recorded hypnotherapy sessions are like a tailored, personal meditation and I now have them in my toolkit to bring out whenever I need them’

But we need more specialist trained perinatal hypnotherapists to meet the vast demand of parents seeking support.

Could you be that professional?

One of the most common things we hear from parents is:

"I don't think it was bad enough."

Many people minimise their own experience because someone else had a more complicated birth, a longer NICU stay, a bigger emergency, or a more obvious trauma.

But support isn't about comparing experiences.

It's about understanding how your experience affected you.

If something still feels unresolved...
If you find yourself replaying parts of it...
If you're carrying anxiety, guilt, anger or sadness that doesn't seem to shift...

It matters.

And you deserve support just as much as anyone else.

Support is available free at the point of delivery.

You understand it.
But it still lives in your body.

That’s not your fault.
And it can shift.

If this feels familiar, you can message us and we’ll talk it through with you.

You can know you’re safe now.
You can understand that it’s over.

But your body might still feel like you’re not.

That’s why it can feel like it keeps coming back.
Even when life has moved on.

This isn’t a failure.
This is how your system works.

And with the right support, that can begin to shift.

You don’t have to force it.
You can message us to explore support.

Many parents have talked about what happened.
They understand it.

But something still hasn’t shifted.

That’s because understanding isn’t always enough.
Processing is different.

And that’s where change begins.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to message us to explore support.

You’ve talked about it.
But it still feels the same.

You’ve explained what happened.
You understand it logically.

So why does your body still react like it’s happening now?

Because understanding isn’t the same as processing.

And this is where many parents get stuck.

If this feels familiar, there are ways to support your system to actually shift this — gently.

You can message us and we’ll talk it through with you.

If you're a hypnobirthing professional, you'll already know how powerful hypnosis can be in preparing parents for birth.

But what many practitioners don't realise is that the same principles can also be applied to some of the most common challenges parents experience during pregnancy.

Morning sickness.

Pelvic girdle pain.

Indigestion.

Anxiety.

Phobias.

Behaviour change.

And much more.

Over the years, I've noticed that many hypnobirthing teachers are sitting on skills they don't fully realise they have.

With a few simple adaptations, your existing scripts can become valuable tools for supporting parents long before labour begins.

In this free webinar, I'll be sharing:

• How to adapt your existing hypnobirthing scripts for common pregnancy challenges

• How to create bespoke relaxation recordings for clients

• How hypnosis can be used therapeutically within the perinatal period

• Ways to create additional value for clients whilst strengthening your professional offering

Whether you're newly qualified or have been teaching for years, this session will give you practical ideas you can start using immediately.

📅 Thursday 4th June
🕖 7pm BST

Everyone who registers will receive the replay.

I'd love to see you there.

Do you teach hypnobirthing?

Did you know that hypnosis, as well as being a great self help tool for birth, can also be a life saver for many other common perinatal ailments too?

💥Pelvic girdle pain

💥Morning Sickness

💥Blood pressure control

💥Indigestion

are just a few common pregnancy complaints that can response really well to hypnosis.

This isn't just because hypnosis is great at relaxing our mind and body but also because it can harness our imagination and redirect our attention else where.

Many hypnobirthing teachers are unaware of their potential to support parents in this way.

They are unaware that they can adapt their existing scripts or create new ones for these common issues.

It's this knowledge that I want to share on the up coming webinar:

This hour long webinar is happening on Thursday 4th June at 7pm BST.

Here is what we will be covering:

✅️How to adapt your current hypnobirthing scripts,or create new ones, to bring relief to common pregnancy problems like morning sickness, PGP and indigestion.

✅️To create your own unique relaxation scripts for clients or to use as free downloads/lead magnet.

✅️How hypnosis works therapeutically for other perinatal issues such as; phobias, behaviour change, anxiety, depression and more.

Everyone who signs up will get the replay 😁

Sometimes people think if something still hurts, they must be doing something wrong.

But unresolved feelings are not a sign of weakness.
They are often a sign that something overwhelming hasn’t been fully processed yet.

This is why insight alone doesn’t always create relief.

Sometimes the mind understands… while the body is still carrying it.

With the right support, that can begin to shift.

Talking can help.
Understanding can help.

But sometimes something deeper still needs support.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means there’s another layer to healing.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
