🎧 DNB ARENA HEADLINER ANNOUNCEMENT 🎧

DJ BRYAN GEE

We are absolutely over the moon to announce that the legendary Bryan Gee will be headlining the DnB Arena at The History of Rave Part II, returning to Amnesia House for the first time since the 90's and what a return it is going to be!!!

Bryan Gee is, without question, one of the most respected figures in the entire history of drum and bass. His story starts in Cheltenham, growing up immersed in Jamaican sound system culture, reggae his first love, before making his way to Brixton where he forged a legendary DJ partnership with Jumping Jack Frost. Together they introduced acid house to their radio shows and DJ sets on pirate stations, and Bryan's reputation as a man with his finger firmly on the pulse earned him a job at Rhythm King offshoot Outer Rhythm, where he helped kickstart the careers of artists like Leftfield and Moby.

Then jungle took hold. Bryan linked up with Roni Size, Krust and Die, and one of the most iconic institutions in drum and bass history was born, V Recordings. That unmistakable sun-face logo and the Bristol Sound style of jungle drum and bass that Bryan helped bring to the world went on to rack up awards, international acclaim and a legacy that simply cannot be disputed. Dillinja. Ray Keith. Adam F. Ed Rush and Optical. Marky. Drumsound and Bassline Smith. Break. The list of artists who have released on V Recordings reads like a who's who of DnB greatness.

Over three decades since acid house changed his life forever, Bryan Gee is still pushing boundaries, still heading up V Recordings, and still wearing that trademark wide grin. The man genuinely loves what he does and it shows in every single set he plays.
