Excited to add a new specialization to my profile!
'Neuroscience of Leadership: Leading with your Brain'

It took me six months to complete this specialization from the University of Colorado Boulder through Coursera and it was absolutely worth it! :)

The specialization consisted of 3 separate certification courses -
✓The Neuroscience of Personal Excellence
✓The Neuroscience of Leading High-Performance Teams and
✓The Neuroscience of Leading Transformational Organizations

They thoroughly covered aspects of neuroplasticity, psychological safety, resilience, mental toughness, primal power of storytelling, improvising and creativity, flow states and the power of influence using neuroscience.

Better equipped now towards being a Neuroscientific Leadership Coach and Mentor! :)

The craze to dive even deeper into neuroscience just got crazier! :)

On Vijayadashami day of 2000 is when I had the blessing of becoming Karnataka Kalashree Vidwan Tirumale Srinivas sir's student! 🙏☺️

In the last 25 years, despite being the most regularly irregular student of sir, every bit of musical knowledge and the confidence to sing anything on any stage with anyone is undeniably because of sir's blessings and his unconditional and limitless sharing of his knowledge! 🙏☺️

Every class and interaction with him would leave us with enough knowledge to contemplate and convert it to wisdom for months and years!

Thank you is a very small word to show my gratitude to you sir! 🙏 I offer my saashtaanga namaskarams and hope to make you more proud in the days to come with your blessings! 🙏🙇☺️
