1) We'll discuss your requirements - either by phone or e-mail.
2) I'll put together and send you a scope of work - including prices. This is an opportunity to make sure I've understand everything correctly, and for you to request any changes/questions about the work.
3) Once you approve and agree the scope of work, I'll get started with working on your website!
