Chez Net has been established as an English Sports bar for almost 17 years, the past ten of which with the current owners. The clientele are divided between new tourists, cruise ships and private yacht crew, the local community and a large number of holiday makers that return every year. Currently the bar provides sky sports, artisanal beers and live music within a friendly family atmosphere. The business includes an outside terrace, inside bar area and an apartment upstairs. The bar sells small snacks, but has the potential to create a full kitchen. A menu including different dishes such as English breakfast, Sunday roast, Mexican, Thai, hot bar snacks and tapas would be very popular (some of the things which are currently unavailable in the town).The Place Du Marche is now under renovation, which will beautifully recreate the look of the Place. Once the renovation is completed Chez Net will have permission to construct a covered terrace, therefore allowing the bar to increase profitability year round. Chez Net currently has a Licence 3 allowing the sale of alcohol up to 18%, but it is also possible to buy or rent a full Licence 4.
Always full to capacity for all major sporting events, the Fifa World Cup this coming June will guarantee a significant boost in sales. The current owner would be happy to work alongside the new proprietor for a period of time to introduce them to the regular clientele and other specifics to help with a smooth transition.

Chez Net is closing it's doors for the season on Saturday, and all of our outside furniture is for sale.
