🔹 La liquidation judiciaire de LA MACHINE INFERNALE TATTOO a été ouverte à l’initiative de M. Billy Barbier, président de la société.
🔹 Cette procédure a été prononcée par jugement et publiée au BODACC le 30 juin 2025.
🔹 D’après la déclaration faite par M. Barbier, il n’existerait aucun actif, et les dettes s’élèveraient à près de 167000 € (voire davantage).
⚠️ Date limite pour déclarer vos créances : 30 août 2025.
Après cette date, les créanciers ne pourront plus prétendre au remboursement de leurs sommes.

As the statutory Managing Director of LA MACHINE INFERNALE TATTOO (although removed from its management since 2022), I publicly inform you that:
🔹 The judicial liquidation of LA MACHINE INFERNALE TATTOO was initiated by Mr. Billy Barbier, company president.
🔹 This procedure was officially opened and published in the BODACC on June 30th, 2025.
🔹 According to Mr. Barbier’s statement, there are allegedly no assets, and debts amount to nearly 167000 € (or more).
⚠️ Deadline to declare claims: August 30th, 2025.
After this date, creditors will no longer be able to claim repayment.
