Big news for Star Trek: The Next Generation owners: the LX-9 ROM is officially available at PinSound.
Developed by The Germany Coding Guy / STTNG Pinball Fan, this latest version for the Williams classic is now ready for your machine. It’s the perfect way to ensure your game is running the most up-to-date software available.

New Features and Gameplay Additions:
Skill Shot Timer: The timer can now be set to SHORT (3 seconds) for a more challenging single-shot experience.
Hold Bonus (RTD KCKBCK SAVER): A new ball saver that utilizes the kickback plunger while “Return-to-Duty” is active, preserving the kickback’s lit state.
Dynamic Volume: Volume now increases automatically during Borg Multiball, Final Frontier, and Warp 9 (enabled by default).
Neutral Zone Lock Overhaul: The NZ Lock insert can now be set to light EARLY, giving players a clearer indication of when a ball will be locked.
Ferengi MK II & Romulan MK II: These modes have been enhanced with new scoring logic, artifacts, and timer adjustments.
Poker Night Integration: New “Trigger Only” start option and refined timing so flippers are only enabled once the ball returns to play.
