The most frequent question we’ve received has been “Why would anybody want to research Champagne and who would be interested in the results?” The immediate answer is quite simple! We can’t find the answers to our own questions even after cross-referencing all available public information and numerous trips to the region, so we consider ourselves both the principal user and the main provider.

There are only 90 hectares of Pinot Blanc planted in Champagne. That is approximately 0.25% of the total vineyard surface.
Here are 6 of our favourite champagnes made exclusively with Pinot Blanc grapes that we use in our "Blanc de Pinot Blancs" tasting events
