If so, you may qualify for ElonRuns new study! is currently investigating the physiological, biomechanical, and musculoskeletal changes that occur in female runners through pregnancy and postpartum. Who?
This research is for female runners who are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Must run for a minimum of 10 minutes per week.

Why?
The purpose of this study is to investigate the many changes that occur during and after pregnancy including variations in sleep, muscles, running form, and more!

*Participants will receive a free Oura ring to use throughout the duration of the study*

Tomorrow's race course. Come race the HOPE clinic 5k with us! We will meet at the Oak House and walk to the starting line together. After the race follow us back to the Oak to celebrate your run.

This great race is in support of the HOPE clinic, which provides pro Bono physical therapy services for the Elon community. It's a virtual race that can be run from April 9th-16!

If you're more of an in person racer, we'd love to see you April 14th and come run the race with the ElonRuns club! We will be starting our 5k loop at the Francis center at 5:30. Hope to see you then!
