Hi. Today is World Mental Health Day and I just wanted to give you a little reminder that you’re amazing, you’re important and you matter on this planet. You’ve made this far, and you’re trying your best and that’s all anyone could ask of you. At least you’ve been capable of doing the best you can at the moment. Life is always going to throw us down, but we’re going to right back up and show life that we’re capable of getting through whatever they throw at us. You’re beautiful people, and y’all deserve to be the happiest people ever. You’re valuable just like cash even when it’s stomped on or ripped, you’ve still got value. People will attempt to diss you or put you down, but nothing they say is true. Y’all are capable of doing this, we can get through this and get to the light at the end of the tunnel. Your mental health is important, and I know it might be hard but sometimes speaking out to family or friends or a therapist is a good idea and will help you in the long run, please don’t bottle up your emotions, I’ve already made that mistake myself. You are all going to make it far in life, and achieve your goals and make some amazing accomplishments. Don’t give up darling. I love you, and I am proud of everyone of you, thank you for existing. ❤️
