ＯＮ ＶＩＥＷ

I’m happy to share with you few pics of my new installation “Parure(s)”, currently on view in the group show “La forêt. Solitude et solidarité”, curated by in collaboration with and Marion Vergin, at in Luxembourg.

This installation is composed by 8 charcoal drawings on blotting paper. Day after day during all the exhibition, dripping ink will be absorbed by the paper to let appear vegetal motifs all over the installation to question the reading of the images.

First work in a new series of sculptures based on cut-out drawings with steel tubes running through them.
These tubes fulfil a dual function: on the one hand, they allow the drawing to remain in space, and on the other, they establish a new dialogue with the image, taking the spectator into a new narrative.
