Coachella 2026. What a vibe.
You got into my soul.
I danced until my heart was full.
See you in 2027.
Things can feel challenging… and still be good.
I’ve been noticing how quickly my mind wants to label everything—hard or easy, good or bad, settled or chaotic. It tries to make sense of things by putting them into clean categories.
But when I slow down and actually check in with myself, it’s rarely that simple. I can feel stretched and grounded. Tender and joyful. Uncertain and at peace.
I’m learning I don’t need to resolve that tension to feel okay. I don’t need to wait for things to get easier before I let myself experience joy or ease.
The practice right now is staying with myself in the middle of it. Letting it be layered. Letting it be imperfect.
And in that… something shifts.
I stay.
I soften.
I let it be what it is.
I don’t need everything to be resolved to feel like myself.
I just need to stay.
And that’s where the best version of me comes through—
not perfect,
just present.
And that’s enough.
I wonder…. Where is duality showing up for you and, what happens when you choose to stay with yourself?
Most people think a better life comes from doing more.
But it usually comes from being more honest with yourself.
From choosing what feels true, again and again.
That’s what creates aligned opportunities, more space, more joy, more ease.
It’s not easy—but it’s always worth it.
Sacred rage is waiting for you: April 18. 2-5pm.

$1,000 RAISED! 🎉
I am officially one-fifth of the way to the $5,000 goal for St. Jude!
The Good: I’ve entered the "gel testing" phase of training. Current favorite? Anything with honey. 🍯 It’s a little reward and a big energy boost for every few miles.
The "Real": See my photo to see the face of someone who underestimated the sun and a trail run. 🥵 My hip flexors are definitely feeling the strain, and for the first time I felt some pan post-run... no bueno!! So, good ol' Brett the PT said this week I have to really dial it back to build back up (boo).
It’s tempting to get frustrated by this set-back, but then I remember: my "bad days" are a privilege. I’m running for the kids at St. Jude who are facing much bigger mountains than a trail run. They have no choice but to keep facing their mountains. Their families, too.
So here's where we are at... my next Goal: $2,500. Help me hit the halfway mark and get this kiddos and families the help they need.

Sometimes guidance finds us in small, unexpected ways.
If you feel called, pause here for a moment and choose a card:
1, 2, or 3.
Trust the one your intuition leans toward first… or receive all three if that’s what feels right.
These messages come from the Priests of the Light Oracle and are offered as support, reflection, and encouragement for wherever you are on your path.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.

Training for a marathon has taught me something no training plan ever could:
pace is not the point.
Some days I’m slow. Some days I’m strong. Some days I surprise myself.
And none of those days are wrong.
As a somatic coach and mindfulness-based clinical mental health grad student, I’m learning to let my body lead—not my watch. Intuitive running has become a practice of listening rather than forcing.
Progress isn’t linear.
Neither is healing.
Neither is becoming.

Life lately.
Running. Training. Figuring out nutrition and supplements for marathon is a lot…
Met my mentor and coach in person!
Eating more food than I ever thought possible.
Creepy discoveries on my house plants!
Focusing on PT and recovery to maximize my efforts in the most holistic and self aware way.
Not shown: second semester of grad school, daily meditation practices, supporting somatic coaching clients, spending quality time with friends as I can squeeze in and awaiting a sweet bundle of baby joy from chosen family this month!
Lots of inspiring sunsets and gratitude for this time at home, the calm before an insane year of work and personal travel, kicking off at the end of February.
All the painful and upsetting political and humanitarian crises are playing on my heart.
Having my strong practices in play has really supported my ability to hold capacity and space for processing, for myself and others.
Stay strong, stay rooted in who you are.
Change is coming, and we must stay strong in ourselves to have the strength to show up in our unique ways as we navigate it all.
Much love x

Hi, I’m Heather — a coach who supports people in reconnecting with their bodies, their truth, and what brings them back to themselves through embodiment, reflection, and honest conversation. Right now, I’m fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, whose work ensures families can focus on healing, not bills. If you feel moved to support, the link is in my bio. 🤍
