Just had another LIFE-CHANGING meetup with and .am.frans in downtown Marunouchi. We checked out some sick-ass Royal Palace fortress walls and some buckwild ancient moats from samurai days. If that ain’t a downright spiritual experience, then I don’t know what is.

Welcome to Spain, home of the churros. I was sprinting around downtown Madrid when I came across these finely fried dough rods PACKED with empty calories. Apparently the locals eat these puppies dipped into thick hot chocolate for a little extra bloodsugar spike. If that ain’t a breakfast of champions, I don’t know what is.
