PT | Integrado no projeto Opera Out of Opera 2, “Da Ponte by Mozart” traz a opera de regresso à ESMAE. A produção “Da Ponte by Mozart” destaca a relevância artística e política das colaborações entre Mozart e Da Ponte, abordando temas atuais como as relações de género e de classes. Esta criação unifica três obras de Mozart e Da Ponte numa meta-história intitulada "A Vida de um Sedutor", composta por três partes: Don Giovanni (O abuso de poder), Le Nozze di Figaro (A crise de meia-idade), e Così fan tutte (A culpa é das mulheres).
Così fan tutte - A Culpa é das Mulheres” (Blame the Women), será apresentada no dia 26 de outubro, às 19h00, no Teatro Helena Sá e Costa, explorando questões de infidelidade e as expectativas do papel da mulher na sociedade.

EN | As part of the Opera Out of Opera 2 project, ‘Da Ponte by Mozart’ brings opera back to ESMAE. The production of ‘Da Ponte by Mozart’ highlights the artistic and political relevance of the collaborations between Mozart and Da Ponte, addressing current issues such as gender and class relations. This creation unites three works by Mozart and Da Ponte in a meta-story entitled ‘The Life of a Seducer’, made up of three parts: Don Giovanni (The Abuse of Power), Le Nozze di Figaro (The Midlife Crisis), and Così fan tutte (It's the Women's Fault).
Così fan tutte A Culpa é das Mulheres’ (Blame the Women) will be performed on 26 October at 19h00 at the Helena Sá e Costa Theatre - ESMAE P. PORTO, exploring issues of infidelity and the expectations of women's role in society.

The avant-premiere of Don Giovanni at the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia for was filmed using two sets of 3 x 6K cameras in two different locations. This allowed us to capture close-ups and the raw emotions of the performers across two separate runs. The audio captured by Porto, with separate microphones for each performer, opens up many post-production possibilities, including isolating individual instruments.
