Rather than drawing butterflies,
I wanted to capture the movement of butterfly wings.

Wing fragments that seem to scatter yet remain connected,
and the space between them,
come together to create a single flow.

This design was created with balance and rhythm in mind,
allowing it to rest as naturally as possible along the lines of the body.

This is a one-time design, and both the size and placement can be discussed.

나비를 그리기보다, 나비 날개의 움직임을 그리고 싶었습니다.
흩어지는 듯 이어지는 날개들과 그 사이의 여백이 만나 하나의 흐름을 만들어냅니다.

몸의 선 위에서 가장 자연스럽게 머물 수 있는 균형과 리듬을 생각하며 그린 디자인입니다.

단 한 번만 사용되는 도안이며, 크기와 위치는 조율이 가능합니다.

Angélique and I shared our third piece together in Paris — the Violette tattoo.

We first met in London a few years ago, and ever since then, she has remained one of the special people who always comes to see me whenever I visit Paris.

Each time we meet again,
it makes me genuinely happy to see how naturally the tattoos I’ve created for her have become part of her.
Simply knowing that she comes to find me makes Paris feel like a very special city to me.

I’m deeply grateful for the trust she has given me over the years by continuing to wear my work.

I hope this violet flower I tattooed for her this time
will remain beautifully with someone as radiant as she is.

A lily piece for Susan.
While working, I learned that her name actually means ‘Lily.’

I focused on the intricate details of the petals and the graceful flow of the stems along her body’s silhouette. Watching her genuine joy as the piece reached completion was a truly rewarding experience for me.

I am delighted to reveal my very first lace-pattern butterfly, ‘Vitnabi,’ intertwined with a dagger. 🦋🗡️

My primary focus was to transform the potentially cold, rigid lines of the dagger into an elegant, feminine mood that perfectly suits my client, Marine. Throughout the process, I poured my heart into a meticulous design to ensure that the sharp precision of the dagger and the delicate lace of the butterfly flowed gracefully along the body's natural curves. I believe the density of that sincere commitment is etched into every fine line of this piece.

This work could only reach its completion thanks to Marine’s remarkable stillness. Her composure during the long session allowed me to fully realize both the sharpness of the dagger and the intricate beauty of the lace without any distraction. It was a true gift to work in such a serene atmosphere.

Through this project, I’ve reaffirmed my belief that a tattoo should be an exquisite ornament that follows the unique silhouette of the body. I look forward to expanding these bold, large-scale ornamental projects, where my meticulous designs meet your unique curves.

Healed tattoo from a year ago. This piece was part of my '1010piece10people' project, a challenge where I aimed to showcase the intricate details that only a larger canvas can offer. I am deeply grateful to those who share their beautifully healed tattoos with me, keeping our connection alive long after the work is done.
Lately, I’ve felt a growing desire to create more of these larger pieces that flow with the body’s natural lines. To further explore this vision, I am continuing the '1010piece10people' project. I have 8 slots remaining out of 10, offered at a more accessible rate to focus purely on the artistic completion.

1년의 시간이 흐른 뒤 마주한 발색 완료된 타투 사진입니다. 당시 ’1010piece10people‘ 프로젝트를 통해 큰 작업의 포트폴리오를 보여드리고자 했던 작업 중 하나인데요. 주로 작은 사이즈를 다뤄왔던 저에게, 저 시기는 큰 사이즈에서만 보여줄 수 있는 디테일과 매력을 증명하고 싶었던 도전의 시간이었습니다. 작업이 끝난 뒤에도 이렇게 근사하게 남은 조각들을 저와 나누어 주시는 그 마음들에 늘 깊이 감사합니다.

This heart-shaped tattoo design is created with pink sweet peas,
a flower that blooms in early summer.

Sweet peas have a butterfly-like form
and symbolize gratitude, joy, and tender memories.

By gathering their softly unfolding petals into a heart,
I imagined days that drift lightly,
choosing flexibility over force.
