I was invited by to create a piece evoking the blending of eaux-de-vie that will give birth to Cognac. I chose to weave glass stems, representing the different crus, with beige paper symbolizing the wickerwork of the dame-jeannes that wrap around the glass bottles to protect the Cognac from light. This carte blanche allowed me to indulge in my passion: exploring new technical and creative processes through paper.

J’ai été invitée par à une oeuvre évoquant l’assemblage des eaux de vie qui donneront naissance au Cognac. J’ai choisie de tisser des tiges de verres évoquant les différents crus avec du papier beige symbolisant le tressage d’osier des dame-jeanne autour des bonbonnes de verre qui protège le Cognac de la lumière. Ce projet carte blanche m’a permis de me livrer à ma passion :explorer de nouveaux processus techniques et créatifs à travers le papier.
