JOB OPENING: ARCHITECT / DESIGNER — Concept & Schematic Design

Experience Level:
5–8 years (Mid/Senior Level)

Core Skills & Software Proficiency:
3D Modeling & Parametric Design
Advanced Rhino 3D (essential for fluid/formal modeling)
Grasshopper (parametric workflows, façade logics, patterning)
Enscape / V-Ray or other SW for rendering previews

Visual Communication:
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects optional):
Diagramming, presentation boards, image compositing
Layouts for high-end competition-style decks

Design Sensibility & Capabilities:
Strong ability to translate conceptual narratives into spatial and architectural form
Capable of developing complex geometries with structural and fabrication awareness
Understanding of urban scales and how buildings relate to masterplan strategies

Project Tasks & Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Design Principal / Lead Architect / Creative Director to shape design direction
Develop 3D models for form studies, massing options, and architectural articulation
Produce technical drawings and schematic packages (plans, sections, elevations)
Generate design diagrams, concept sketches, and storytelling visuals
Prepare presentation materials
Participate in internal reviews, pin-ups, and design critiques

Team Fit & Personality:
Highly creative but technically grounded
Comfortable with iterative design development
Proactive, collaborative, and open to direction
Passion for futuristic, organic, or experimental architecture
Previous experience on international or large-scale retail/residential/cultural/hospitality projects is a plus
