A sweet little slice of life in Paris. 🇫🇷✨

In another precious pocket of the city, I spent the afternoon photographing my dear friends and their adorable family in the 13th arrondissement.

Annick and I go way back to 2012, and I’ve had the joy of capturing so many of her life’s milestones — including her wedding weekend in London a couple of years ago.

This time, I got to meet and photograph her beautiful daughter, Catalina, around their neighborhood. From their go-to café, Café Le Monaco, to quiet strolls through the nearby streets.

True to toddler style, Catalina let us know when she was done with photos about an hour in 😛(pretty impressive tbh) and we still managed to capture the sweetest moments, including dad helping her get ready for her afternoon nap.

I’m so grateful to them for flying me out to Paris and trusting me once again to document their story. What an honor, and what a dream to explore this city with them.

Paris gifted me more than a pretty backdrop. It offered a new friendship.

I connected with Jessamy via my network of soulful women entrepreneurs called .us prior to arriving. It couldn’t have been a more kindred pairing.

Before the shoot, she took me to her favorite neighborhood spot, Café du Commerce, where we shared dinner and real conversation that felt so easy and open. We could’ve kept yapping for hours if we had the time.

Later, we met up with her sweet family for a sunset session by the Eiffel Tower. The kids were full of personality, the energy was light, and the sky offered us a gorgeous show.

Full disclosure- I had to photoshop the crap out of these to make ‘em pop and remove the hundreds of people behind them. Not bad, eh?

My first trip to Paris was nothing short of magic, and I’m so glad I got to create these forever memories for them in their iconic neighborhood.

✨ I’m walking into my 40th year fully embracing my power as the creator of my life and the ripple I leave in it.

Helping others see their own light, and love themselves and others from a truer, more authentic place, is my soul’s deepest calling.

I get to live out the dream I’ve carried since I was a little girl — to guide others as an intimacy coach.

I get to turn my own struggles with self-love into medicine that helps others find their way home to themselves.

I get to keep growing wiser through each failure and heartbreak, and keep finding proof that love is everywhere — because at our core, we ARE love.

Grateful for every lesson, every love, every loss, and every miracle that’s shaped me. At 40, I step forward in trust, in grace, and in devotion to love itself. 🙏🏼

A shoutout to my phenomenal power group 💪🏽 🐉 who kicked ass at transformational healing work this weekend at the MITT training in LA.

I am a big fan of doing the hard work and witnessing myself and others step into their greatness — blasting though self doubt & being incredible vulnerable, authentic and loving to not only their peers but to themselves. < that’s the hardest part sometimes.

What a blessing to have met these kind souls and feel so supported and loved by them in such a short amount of time.

I can’t wait to see how far we all go from here 💪🏽
