After going through a deep depression a couple of years ago, I ended up creating my music and wellness brand Astral Vibes. The foundational question was deep and quite personal : Music, Sound profoundly healed and helped me in moments of great despair — so what if it could help others too?
Had you told past me — going through my depression — that this would end up being the very fuel of a creation like this, I don’t think I would have believed you. So today, my heart feels so full of love.
I wished to express my profound gratitude to the many beautiful souls that believed in Astral Vibes, that supported / support me. I’m forever thankful for your love, your deep kindness, authenticity and loyalty. None of this would have been possible without you 🤍🙏🏽🤍
My family, my chosen family (sistas and brothers), my spiritual guides, my loved ones — there are way too many of you to tag each of you but you already know who you are — I love you to the moon and back, to the sun and beyond 🥰🤍🫂🙏🏽✨

Astral Vibes Concerts were born from 2 questions :
• What if we used music as a form of medicine? • What if this wasn’t just a show you watch from a distance, but rather an experience you feel in your body, mind and spirit?
I’ve blended sound, neuroscience, and collective empowerment into one room:
• 432Hz music
• Brown noise and whale vibrations
• Positive affirmations in English, French, and Creole
• The power of meditation
• A hybrid experience that can help quiet the mind toward a theta state — the slow brainwaves of deep relaxation, near the edge of sleep
How do you leave after this experience? With a quieter nervous system, a sense of disconnection from the outside noise, a reconnection to self, and a better capacity to connect with others.
