I have a Teenager!!! 😭 Happy Birthday to my sweet — the girl who made me a mother and changed my heart forever. 🤍
Getting to celebrate you so close to Mother’s Day always feels extra emotional for me, because being your mom is one of the greatest gifts of my life. From the very beginning, you’ve carried something so special inside you — a kind, compassionate heart that notices the people others overlook, stands up for the underdog, and loves so deeply and fiercely.
You are wonderfully quirky, endlessly funny, wildly creative, and completely yourself in the very best way. I love the way you feel things so deeply, the way you protect others, and the way you make every room brighter just by being in it.
Watching you grow has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I am endlessly proud of the person you are becoming and endlessly grateful that I get to be your mom.
Happy Birthday, my Zetta girl. You made me a mother, but even more than that, you made me better. 💕
Standing in the real East High, 20 years later, with one of the original High School Musical choreographers, the incredible Bonnie Story, alongside my case mates Bayli and Roe… dancing to We’re All In This Together in the place where it all began—it’s hard to put into words what this felt like.
Looking out and seeing generations of fans—parents, kids, and even little ones discovering it for the first time—all learning the same moves Bonnie taught back then… it was like time folded in on itself. The energy, the joy, the connection—it’s still there. It never left.
When East High reached out for their fundraiser and Bonnie called, there was no question. Wildcats show up. Always ❤️
This experience brought back so much—gratitude for where it all started, for the people who made it so special, and for the fans who have kept this story alive across generations. To feel that love, in that place, all over again… unforgettable.
Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat 🐾
There was a time when my girls were little…
and they asked, “Mom, can we wear matching dresses?”
I searched everywhere…
but nothing included me.
And instead of just saying yes,
I had to have a conversation I wasn’t ready for…
about body sizes…
about why mommy couldn’t match them.
That not everybody included mommy.
It broke my heart.
Fast forward to now…
at a mommy-and-me tea party with my little Lettie—
both of us feeling beautiful in our matching dresses.
And this time, I didn’t have to explain anything.
I just got to show her…
That every body is worthy.
That beauty isn’t one size.
Thank you
for making moments like this possible.
Because this is what it’s really about—
the memories…
and belonging, together.

Still smiling from my visit Studios 💙
I had the absolute joy of spending time in the Seacrest Studio with the incredible team at the Foundation—we did a fun interview, shared some laughs, and even squeezed in a little dance lesson with some brave kiddos who felt up for it (they definitely brought the energy 💃🕺).
It’s hard to put into words how inspiring—and honestly overwhelming—it is to witness the strength of these kids and the love surrounding them. The families, volunteers, nurses, doctors, and staff who show up every single day to give their time and hearts… it’s something really special.
Grateful to have been a small part of it.
And major love to Ryan Seacrest for creating such a meaningful space for these amazing families. 💙
