Like the apple that naturally falls to the ground, your body is constantly in relationship with gravity. There is no need to force, push, or fight. The deeper work happens when the body allows itself to drop, to be supported, to surrender its weight.
In Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, I use this principle in every session.
Instead of using only muscular strength, I work with my own body weight — leaning, grounding, and moving with gravity, not against it.
This creates a different quality of touch:
– deeper, without aggression
– softer, but more effective
– supported, not forced
My role during the session is to create the space where it can follow that natural movement.
A street musician playing something truly divine…
It felt like God was speaking through him.
Every note carried such depth, such feeling — it went straight to the heart.
Moments like this remind me how powerful art is… how it moves, opens, and connects us beyond words.
Grateful for the ability to hear, to feel, to be touched by beauty.

What makes my body therapy different:
My sessions is a form of holistic bodywork that works on several levels at the same time.
• Physical level:
I perceive the body as one integrated system, not as separate parts. Rather than working on isolated muscles, I look at how the whole body functions together — including muscles, fascia, joints, posture, and movement patterns. This systemic approach helps restore balance, coordination, and ease of movement throughout the entire body.
• Nervous system level:
A key part of my work is supporting the nervous system. Instead of forcing the body through pain, I help it feel safe enough to relax. When the nervous system calms down, muscles naturally release and the body can recover more deeply.
• Emotional and energetic level:
The body stores emotions and stress. Through slow, mindful touch, breath awareness, and presence, the massage can gently access and release this stored tension. This creates a sense of grounding, clarity, and reconnection with oneself.
Because of this multi-level approach, the massage supports not only physical recovery, but also regulation, awareness, and long-term well-being.
